Head of Operations will be part of the launch team.Responsible for managing fleet, assessing technicians' skills and performance, managing inventory/spare parts, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and streamline cost-effective operations processes for the end-to-end supply chain.Develop KPIs to execute and monitor operations processesImprove routing systems and best practicesDevelop efficient schedules to minimize down time and ensure full efficiencyEnsure continuous improvement of critical processesAssist in the recruitment of quality technicians into the fleetCoordinate training programs and monitor performance of technicians through set KPIsMentor, coach, and reward employees through quality assurance programsManage budgets and forecasts
Profile
8+ years in an Operational field – maintenance or logistics companies preferredProven track record in fleet management or a similar roleWorked in highly customer-centric companiesExperienced in managing large teams of various senioritiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong execution and leadership skillsStrong commercial/business acumenHolds a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or a similar field (preferred)Holds certifications in LEAN Six Sigma and/or Operational Excellence (preferred)
