Responsibilities:

– Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and Release processes.

– Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.

– Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.

– Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.

– Manages/understands the dynamics of the team, how it constantly evolves over time with new hires, changes in team structures, and varying degrees of pressure.

– Acting as the interface between Strategy and Deliver

– Responsible for working with the leadership team and translating directives to their team as actionable tasks and deliverables

– Build and rebuild teams

– Accountable for identifying high performers that need to be nurtured and lower performers that need assistance

– Recruitment and capacity planning
