JOB DESCRIPTION:
Major Accountabilities:
Digital Planning: Work with the team in setting the digital transformation plan per affiliate and work directly with the business (marketing/sales) and cross functional teams (Medical/Market Access) to define the digital strategy for the country, therapy area, and brand. Offer the unique customer view and the strategic channel/ solutions that support it.
Digital Development: Leads the development and implementation of digital engagement marketing initiatives. This includes but is not limited to digital marketing, websites, micro-sites, social media, customer portals, and contact centers. This person will manage investments within allocated budgets and strives for coherency, investment efficiency, and cross-portfolio synergies. Ensure tracking per all digital activities, continuous feedback loop, and updates.
Digital Campaign Management: Excellence in managing digital campaigns through setting activities KPIs, reporting mechanism, ROI calculation, and success determinants and collaborate with internal resources and external service providers to develop the required dashboards for monitoring and reporting measurements periodically. Ongoing optimization tactics with internal teams and service providers towards targeted outcomes
Digital Innovation and New Digital Business Models Execution: Build and explore digital business models and innovative solutions across; beyond-the-pill services, telehealth, and e-commerce activation with affiliates, including building the required protocols with compliance, legal, public affairs, government affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
Internal Talents Development: Engage, train and support internal stakeholders to promote the required evolution of Abbott’s customer interaction model, including hands-on training on digital solutions & processes for crucial stakeholders
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Human or Vet Medicine/General Science
- 3+ years of digital marketing management experience, including online promotion (SEO/SEM/display), web, mobile, social, relationship marketing, and non-personal promotion multimedia /multichannel agency management experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical healthcare professional marketing.
- Metrics-driven digital marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Proficiency with social and digital media strategies
- Evidence of strong analytical skills, project planning/management and organizational skills required.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Multitask oriented.
