About The Department

Created two years ago, the commercial Excellence and Innovation department ensure all affiliate objectives are rightly set, and KPI’s are in place, to be able to make the right follow up.

The department is also in charge of the digital strategy of the company, working with all internal stakeholders to develop virtual communication channels and increase channel mix integration.

The Position

As a digital Associate, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including social media, email, and web.

You will coordinate digital projects with internal stakeholders, and you will create and design emails and landing pages for digital engagement activities.

You will also follow up the content creation with internal and external stakeholders, and you will create digital materials to support medical & marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing company social media activities (content creation, community management, monitoring, analytics), and ensuring that the company’s websites are up to date.

Adding to the above, you will optimise SEO through our websites (link building), and you will manage, monitor and report online ads campaigns. You will create and update mailing and subscriber lists, as well as support MCE Lead on projects and campaigns when needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

You also need to have:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing
  • Hybrid qualifications desired – communication/analytical/technical skills and commercial/business acumen
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Analytical and proactive approach to digital marketing
  • Cross-functional collaboration / team spirit.
