Description:
-Answering questions about a company's products.
-Processing orders and transactions.
-Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
-Delivering information about a company's offerings.
-Providing proactive customer outreach.
-Handling customer complaints.
-Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
-Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals.
-Completes market research and monitors competitor activity.
-Makes recommendations for the customer.
-Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates.
Qualification
-1-3 years in sales.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
-Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
-Proven success rate at levels above quotas
-Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
-Strong organizational skills
-Personal integrity
-English/ Arabic speaker

LOOKING FOR CONTENT CREATOR MARKETING
-Plan and create contents for social media platform.
-Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
-Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
-Collaborate with sales teams to develop social media campaigns.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
-Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
-Bolster the network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
Qualifications
-1-2 years Proven track record in the same field
-Keen to details
-Creative
-Flexible
-Knowledge using Photoshoot and Lightroom
-Basic Editing Skills
-Any nationality is welcome, but preferred Arabic Lady
