Our client is looking for someone who can handle and has worked for a company with a fleet of over 10,000 groups of companies.
- provides direction to the Customer Service Division by assigning, directing and reviewing work of staff.
- oversee and assist customer service employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints
المهارات
- Someone working with Noon, Amazon etc as Customer Care representative or support will be preferred.
- Also Filipino Nationals might be preferred for this role
Salary
- AED10,000 Gross
