Our client a market leader in unifying corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors is seeking an energetic, experienced and commercially-minded Commercial Director. Based out of their Riyadh headquarters and reporting to the CEO.

You will act at a high level to develop and implement market, sales, and business development strategies.
This includes identifying new opportunities, developing new client relationships, creating business proposals, and writing bids.
You will take the lead in managing client relationships and ensure that the board and management team are kept informed of market opportunities and business development.
On the management side, you lead the business development, sales, customer service, and marketing teams.
Planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth. market the business successfully in alignment with Vision 2030.
Responsible for identifying new commercial activities and driving business growth.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification is also desirable.
This is a senior role, so employers expect candidates to have a minimum 10 to 15 years experience of in successful commercial management.
Experience leading large teams.
Demonstrating management experience, you must have developed a commercial strategy.
