Launched in 1977, the company is one of the top companies in the Automotive Repair & Maintenance Services Industry in Bahrain. Through their subsidiaries, they maintain innovative industrial endeavors around the world.
They are currently looking for an Accounts Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
- To Build a team for working of the department and to act as In-charge of the Finance & Accounts Department
 - Ensure the preparation of systems generated Financial Statements on 4th following month
 - Preparation of budgets with graphs and comparisons
 - Supervise costing of the vehicles and approve discounts as per budget
 - Verifying sales incentive its reconciliation and payments
 - Verifying and authorizing receipt and payment vouchers
 - Coordinating an annual audit of the company
 - Supervising the preparation of monthly payroll
 - Reconciliation of all accounts, prepaid expenses, accruals and fixed assets
 - To maximize control, security and efficiency of the department
 - Custodian of all finance and accounts record of the company
 - Responsible for the accuracy and timely arrangement of all transactions of the division
 - Preparation and reconciliation of daily cash, bank position and maintain effective cash management system
 - Coordinate with GCFO on arrangement and utilizations of all banking facilities a its reconciliations
 - Coordinate with GCFO on all insurance facilities
 - On time LC payments and monitoring updated payable position
 - Preparation of monthly cash flow of the company and coordinating with GCFO and shortfall
 - Supervise daily bank deposits and ensure that proper procedure is implemented
 - Reconcile all debtors and creditors accounts. Arrange bounced checks and PD reports
 - Handling & maintaining of records to comply with VAT Law
 - Liaison with Tax Manager and GFCO to implement provisions of VAT Law in day to day operations.
 - Liaison with Tax Manager and GCFO to prepare and finalize workings for the monthly VAT returns to be submitted to NBR
 - Any other job task assigned by the management during day to day operation.
 
Qualification & Requirements:
- 4-5 Years experience as an Account Manager or similar position
 - ACCA/ CA/CA Inter qualification
 - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
 - High attention to detail and accuracy
 - Fluency in English
