الوصف الوظيفي
- Collaborate with Finance Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, purchase orders and payables.
- Manage payroll activities
- Recording all the billing details of all external service providers and vendors
- Organizing and Coordinating with all office admin needs
- Handling of all petty cash such as payments and reimbursement
- Keeping and recording all credit card entries with the reconciliation every month
- Handling of all procurement needs
- Maintaining, recording and payments of all office utilities
- Handling and maintaining all insurance.
المهارات
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
· Familiarity with finance regulations
· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software Odoo
· Organization skills
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
