  • Collaborate with Finance Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, purchase orders and payables.
  • Manage payroll activities
  • Recording all the billing details of all external service providers and vendors
  • Organizing and Coordinating with all office admin needs
  • Handling of all petty cash such as payments and reimbursement
  • Keeping and recording all credit card entries with the reconciliation every month
  • Handling of all procurement needs
  • Maintaining, recording and payments of all office utilities
  • Handling and maintaining all insurance.

المهارات

Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk

· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

· Familiarity with finance regulations

· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software Odoo

· Organization skills

· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
