Service Advisor Entry Level, Customer Relations
Communicate with customers as the first contact at the service garage entrance to receive the vehicle, facilitating the work required by the customer whilst giving the highest standard of friendly customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online
- Provide support and comprehensive product/service information to customers
- Build relationships with customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Look for cross-selling opportunities to increase individual purchase value and overall sales
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
