الوصف الوظيفي

Objectives: Individually contributes to the objectives of ABATS by doing assigned work to meet the set short to medium term objectives of the division through timely coordinating, administrating, reporting, and updating on all sales back office related issues. The role serves as a liaison between both Sales and Operations. The position is responsible for developing various daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and analysing the sales data to help the Head of Sales and Operations Manager react to changing market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process new sales lead

· Manages the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

· Keep track of sales targets

· Answer and take calls/messages for sales staff

· Schedule calendar

· Track the sales closure/forecast

· Close watch on tenders process and submission dates

· Reports contract expiries and flags any deviation

· Data entry using spread sheets and system in place (CRM…)

· Coordinates and ensures alignment between Sales and Operations

Managing the NDAs and Teaming agreements for new opportunities.

· Carries out the sales analysis and update both Sales and Operations Heads and relevant team members periodically

· Identifies needs and improvement opportunity

Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process and operation level

Education & Qualifications:

  • University degree with excellent English language
  • 3 years of experience in sales environment
  • 2 years of background in ICT industry is a preference
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems, technology, office administration and management
  • High stamina for working under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Flexible
