A reputable interior design company established in 2002 in Dubai, is looking for an office Administrator with following qualifications and experience.
المهارات
Solid long-term experience with a reputable interior design company.
Ability to deal with clients, estimates, maintain records and bookkeeping for company accountant. Payroll for staff and managing the day to day running of a busy office. Experienced in performing PA duties for company directors.
A people person who must be able to deal with high profile clients as well as company staff and suppliers. etc
Experienced in social media, websites, marketing etc. Promoting sales of company products and services through social media and client network.
Good work ethic, a team player that can fit in and help expand the business.
Must have a car and valid UAE licence
Willing to work when needed as business is worldwide and the position isn’t a specific roll and can lead to often expanding beyond normal hours or remit of job position
Being able to start at short notice period would be preferable.
