الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for assisting with daily IT support for employees in the entire region,
- Enterprise system construction and operation and maintenance
- Security protection capability building and control of the whole region's office network
- Upgrade or adjust the network configuration in response to the network configuration requirements of the headquarters
- Support operations at DC site
- Customer site IT and network support, adjustment and maintenance
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
المهارات
- IT or related major, Cisco or Huawei technical certification, Microsoft certification is preferred
- Independent network configuration, tuning, testing skill and independent troubleshooting of network failures
- "Customer first" service awareness
- Fluent in Chinese and English, strong communication skills
- Basic in Dubai, UAE
- Strong sense of responsibility, professional awareness and ethics
- Good language skills, listening and understanding skills, learning and flexibility
- Microsoft certification is preferred
- Self-driving skill
