As a General Wireline Field Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide array of Wireline logging services offered by Baker Hughes, at the wellsite .
You will also provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.
As a General Wireline Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Deploying a wide variety of wireline services from Baker Hughes wireline portfolio at the wellsite, in line with Baker Hughes and Customers expectations

Managing the safe rig up and down of wireline pressure control operations

Acquiring and delivering high quality data from Baker Hughes services to our clients to meet their data acquisition objectives

Supervising and managing a wireline crew of moderate size

Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with the client representative at the wellsite

Advising Customer Representative with the logging operations; basic interpretation of logging data, troubleshooting and wellsite analysis.

Supervising equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in wireline).

Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced open/close-hole services)

Have demonstrated Pressure Control Competency

Be able to demonstrate competency with Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment, through industry recognized training

Be competent in perforating operations, cement bond and pulse neutron logging

Be a good communicator and fluent in English

Be able to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.

Through these first two years of the program, I had the lots of beautiful experiences, too many to be told in one minute but one above whole was my first assignment in an energy project in our customer site in US. This was a very challenging time for me, six months where I faced a new environment and also a new country far away from my own town in Italy. But I can only recommend to you similar experiences as a huge personal and professional growth. And I'm feel very lucky to be part of this company.
