Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client.

Responsible for performing full construction management and contract coordination duties.

Follow up with the various parties involved to ensure compliance with their respective contractual obligations.

Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan.

Monitor and report to the Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager.

Preparation of various reports as required.

Review of contractors progress reports, progress payments, etc. and making recommendations.

Ensure proper phasing and interface of the various components and other furnishings/facilities into construction as and where required.

Attendance of meetings including Project’s Executive Committee, design, construction, Value Engineering, etc.

Preparation of minutes of meeting for above.

Prepare records and report on daily construction progress, problems, etc.

Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented

Monitoring of supervision of construction activities, etc.

Monitoring site activities for compliance with safety, specifications, and schedule.

Performs such duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements

BS degree in construction or civil engineering.

Minimum 5 years of strong Site Engineering management experience.

Has at least 10 years of experience .

Problem solving.

Decision making.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

High Leadership Skills.

High attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Excellent use of specialist construction management computer applications.
