الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure timely invoice submission to customer portals, emails, hard copies etc., maintain acknowledgments for the same.
- Payment follow ups on assigned accounts, book couriers for payment collection for C&C team, and log maintenance.
- Raise issues (missing documents, wrong products, late delivery …) which are blocking the payments for the sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
- Meets the collection Targets set by the Credit & Collections manager or Senior Supervisor
- Prepare daily / weekly progress report (update the files as requested by the manager). Smart sheet/Bank etc.
- Maintain and address the Dispute file pertaining to Invoices
- Ensure all customer information are correct, including phone numbers and email addresses in the data base.
- Assist in Customer Statement Reconciliations.
- Account Receivable Reports and Reconciliations are updated and ensure customer’s balance confirmations.
- Prepare monthly reports (Dispute Management)
- Other additional related ad-hoc activities like Customer Creation/System Changes etc.

- Highly analytical with a strong sense of numbers, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Quick learner of new systems and processes.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands.
- Self-starter and results-oriented individual with the confidence to take risk and partner with business leaders as required.
- High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
- Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve internal customer issues and take corrective action.
- Confident and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Accounting Application like SAP has greater advantage
