Caregiver – Abu Dhabi
- As a caregiver you are responsible for preparing orders, settrays and delivering items to patient rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the hospital Standard operating procedure.
- Arrange & serve the food and Beverage as per the dietitian and patients’ requirement
- Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting, and returning food and beverage items to proper area. Also serve food coursesand beverages to guests.
- Accurately records, pre-checks and picks-up all food and beverage orders.
- Check inwith guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
- Responsible for cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items served for each patient.
- Check with the guest regarding the satisfaction of the meal.
Skills Required
- Should have good communication skills.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service to patients.
Education:
- Hotel Management diploma holder or similar qualification. Knowledge of computers, POS – Point of sales system and inventory software.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Waitress in a hotelroom service / hospital caregiver preferred
- Salary -AED 1500 + 100 food allowance + on duty meal +A/C + Transportation
- Nationality – Pilipino /Arabic
- Training will be provided
