Location: Riyadh (onsite)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift; ready to work in 24×7 environments
GENERAL
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team
• Production Support: handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Determine gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for process improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• High interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral
• Basic level of Arabic communication skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
The skills listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required.
• 3+ yrs
• Efficient in any programming languages like TAL / PTAL COBOL / SCOBOL TACL C / C++
• Should be efficient in database Enscribe/NSQL
• Exposure towards the tool FUP Pathway
• Should have good development Expertise in Base24 , Base2000 Switch
• Knowledge towards simulator : Paragon, FINSIM
• Report Generation
• Incident Management
• Primary Level Issue Analysis
• Transaction Monitoring
