الوصف الوظيفي
- Greet internal personnel, students, and external clients and responds to inquiries and identifies solutions including directing to appropriate resources, as required.
- Compose and compile information, prepare and produce various documents, forms and correspondence independently and on behalf of the Senior Director, Student Affairs.
- Coordinate meetings, including committees under the direction of the Senior Director, Student Affairs, by initiating and formulating meeting agendas, liaising with attendees and others as appropriate, following-up and/or taking action on items,
- preparing correspondence as required, and recording and transcribing confidential minutes as required.

المهارات
- Demonstrated proficiency with Student Banner and HR Banner or a similar student information system.
- Demonstrated intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office applications, including proficiency with Outlook email and calendar functions and SharePoint and Drupal.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of KPU programs, policies and business processes relating to the executive operations of the Student Services Division.
- Demonstrated ability to independently draft correspondence based on knowledge of established styles and practices.
- Demonstrated aptitude for exacting and precise work.
