Description:
We are looking for an expert service advisor
Handling inquiries from customers efficiently and on time.
Communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
Advising customers on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles.
Prepare the repair estimation and communicate to the customer to get approval.
Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
Explaining the estimated time and cost of the vehicle service and any necessary repairs.
Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Must have minimum 5 years UAE experience.
