# Monitor and follow up the asset management new initiatives and projects in RTA agencies and sectors.
# Monitor agencies and sectors‘ operational processes to ensure the compliance with the asset management
strategies and policy.
# Maintain an up-to date and accurate asset knowledge repository to support capability building within Assets
Management Department, the agencies and sectors.
# Conduct asset management system audit to ensure the effectiveness of asset management system
implementation in RTA agencies and sectors.
# Review implementation of identified improvement opportunities to ascertain their effectiveness and
compliance with relevant guidelines.
# Monitor and follow up the asset related risks and ensure that the proper mitigation, control, and emergency
plans are in place.
# Conduct asset management benchmarking studies and identify leading practices to suggest improvement
opportunities with RTA agencies and sectors.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Monitor and follow up the implementation of the asset management system on all RTA agencies and sectors.
# Analyze and derive insights from performance reports of the Asset Management Department strategic KPIs
and agreed targets.
Education
# Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized University. Masters is preferred.
