الوصف الوظيفي
– Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.- Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.- Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.- Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

– Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
