RF Manager
Job Description
- A minimum of 12 years work experience in RF Design & Optimization with 3 technologies (2G, 3G & 4G).
- Strong leadership experience and aptitude.
- Extended experience in Projects rollout and FTK Contracts, technology awareness and hands on experience.
- Good Knowledge on the Ericsson RF and IBS portfolio.
- Very good understanding of the general propagation models and wave propagation based on the clutter types.
- Customer traffic map and traffic profiling estimation.
- RACH plan preparation based on the existing network topology.
- Preparation of the RF design configuration based on the customer requirements and hardware specifications.
- Producing of RF predictions using RF design tools.
- Very good hands-on of the RF planning's tools` MCP, planet and Atoll.
- Ability to use RF planning's with ACP and AFP.
- Very good understanding of the end to end sites hardware.
- Ability of handling and managing Customer and their specification Requests.
- FTK Rollout experience.
- Excellent Communication and Consultative skills.
- Strong Leadership skills, able to lead very senior team members.
- Proven experience in managing different teams such as Site acquisition.
- Strong Ability to interact with customer C level and adapting the communication to the audience, understanding the concerns and translate it to technical figures to address them.
- Provides support to customers in field of expertise and work on daily basis at customer premises.
- Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
- End-user / customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions.
- Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
