RF Manager

Job Description

• A minimum of 12 years work experience in RF Design & Optimization with 3 technologies (2G, 3G & 4G).
• Strong leadership experience and aptitude.
• Extended experience in Projects rollout and FTK Contracts, technology awareness and hands on experience.
• Good Knowledge on the Ericsson RF and IBS portfolio.
• Very good understanding of the general propagation models and wave propagation based on the clutter types.
• Customer traffic map and traffic profiling estimation.
• RACH plan preparation based on the existing network topology.
• Preparation of the RF design configuration based on the customer requirements and hardware specifications.
• Producing of RF predictions using RF design tools.
• Very good hands-on of the RF planning's tools` MCP, planet and Atoll.
• Ability to use RF planning's with ACP and AFP.
• Very good understanding of the end to end sites hardware.
• Ability of handling and managing Customer and their specification Requests.
• FTK Rollout experience.
• Excellent Communication and Consultative skills.
• Strong Leadership skills, able to lead very senior team members.
• Proven experience in managing different teams such as Site acquisition.
• Strong Ability to interact with customer C level and adapting the communication to the audience, understanding the concerns and translate it to technical figures to address them.
• Provides support to customers in field of expertise and work on daily basis at customer premises.
• Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
• End-user / customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions.
• Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
