A Real Estate Brokerage Company based out of Emaar Business Park, Dubai requires Residential real estate agents:
At least 2-5 years of Dubai Residential real estate experience.
In-depth knowledge of significant residential areas of the city. Off-Plan specialists would also be considered.
Proven capacity for identifying and building client relationships. Should have extensive relationships with potential clients and landlords.
Should be well updated with latest latest laws, rules and regulations of Dubai Land Department.
Should have basic knowledge of Dubai land department's Trakheesi system, contracts & permit apply and listing on various property portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut etc.
Minimum educational qualification should be Bachelor's degree and relevant real estate qualifications/certifications would be preferred.
candidates who have knowledge of Russian or Mandarin language will get preference.
A Valid UAE driving license is must.
