Role:
- Manages the activities of the Quality Operational staff to ensure that client operations remains in compliance with all supporting systems as per regulations. Determines objectives, strategies, systems, and procedures for the Operations department. Monitor’s compliance and business needs with appropriate departments to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Organizational Unit: Quality Management
- Reports to: Sr. Control and Quality Portfolio Manager
Primary Accountabilities :
· Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
· Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
· Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
· Applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work.
· Resolves questions and problems.
· Independently performs most assignments with little or no oversight.
· Handle the ISO 9001 and other management system implementations
· Prepare and follow Internal Audit plan
- · Prepare monthly Corrective action reports
المهارات
- Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum 6 years’ QC/QA Experience in same role and experience in Construction / O&M / FM / Property management industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with PMP certification / ISO 9001 QMS certification / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Skills:
- Language: Professional proficiency in English required, and fluency in Arabic is preferred
- Professional: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity; Excellent communication skills; Dedicated and flexible to the needs of the task in hand
