الوصف الوظيفي
The following Skills and Experience is required:
· Minimum of 5+ Years in at least a L1/L2 Support Engineering role.
· Extensive Experience with Windows 10 and MAC OS
· Flexibility and available for after-hours telephone support
· Ensure all tickets are closed with internal approved SLA
· Hands on Knowledge with installation, configuration and troubleshooting all hardware, software and network printers.
· Assist & maintain Wired LAN and wireless networks
· Provide support to user with business applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, MS Teams, MS One Drive, Anti Virus)
· Manage Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
· Ensure IT resources are appropriate available, utilised and stored.
· Responsible to co-ordinate with other entities for setting up the virtual meetings
· Evaluate and understand new products for training purposes
· provide support, guidance and assistance to Technical Support Engineers
· Ensure all procedures are implemented
· Provide Reports where/when required.
