- Supervise a team of Estates Hard Services Engineers
- Managing subcontractors, Vendors, and working safely in line with Health & Safety rules.
- Practical knowledge of building Hard Services Estates Supervisor role.
- Practical knowledge of plants plus experience of using general garden machinery.
- Demonstrate knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- skills in general estate maintenance.
- Mechanical or Electrical qualified Engineering Training or Certificate.

- Ideally degree qualified or diploma holder of estates maintenance education in a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Excellent English Language
