HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
الوصف الوظيفي
- The HR Operations Specialist is solely responsible for daily operations and supervises clients and outsourcing employees.
- The primary objective is to provide assistance in managing all HR procedures and maintain a smooth day-to-day HR operation in order to achieve the company's goals.
- Providing and implementing high-quality induction and onboarding programs for new hires in order to introduce the employee to his or her new role and responsibilities, outline goals, and set expectations.
- Taking care of all HR tasks every day, such as managing clients, onboarding employees (which includes orientation, attendance, and time sheets), insurance, performance reviews, monthly meetings, the offboarding process, and managing payroll for outsourced employees.
- To create and implement reward and recognition programs that will ensure outsourcing employee motivation and retention.
- To make sure that all transactions are done on time and correctly, the workflow must be managed.
- Resolve workplace disputes, employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and termination in accordance with the law.
- Hold meetings with the client once a week or once a month to talk about the deliverables and to discuss ways to improve the overall performance of employees.
- Onboarding and an initial orientation should be conducted for all newly hired employees.
- Drive client projects for the contract by finding places where they could be improved and asking the client managers for advice.
- To meet the deadline, make advanced plans, and reach an agreement with the customer on the requirements for any new employees.
- Plan the mobilization of employees in accordance with the timeframes that have been agreed upon with the client.
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, annual performance reviews, and training plans.
- Maintain the project's service delivery performance and ensure that employees’ requests are met on time.
- Develop and implement solutions for areas requiring improvement by initiating and executing periodic employee satisfaction surveys.
- Regular checks to make sure the customer is receiving the best quality HR service available.
- Responsible for establishing and simplifying HR procedures and practices to fit with and effectively serve business requirements.
- To achieve quality service delivery, effective client and employee relationship management, and profitability, it is vital to design and monitor service level agreements and verify that they are aligned with service delivery, and customer and employee expectations.
- Keep information about current and potential clients in HRMS
- Make sure all communications are recorded, the information is correct, and the documents are attached.
- Provide weekly reports to the VP-HR and Business Head on service delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in numerous human resource disciplines, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and labor regulations
