Job Description

• 2 to 4 years work experience in banking industry.
• Working knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management.
• Knowledge and experience with core banking and financial applications.
• Strong experience with policies & procedures documentations and deep understanding on their effect on environment Risk and Controls.
• Strong client negotiation and demonstrated consulting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Capable of driving process analysis and improvement.
