Job Title:
TOOLROOM TECHNICIAN

Requirements:-
Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in CNC vertical milling machine and knowledge in CNC programming.
Skill in machining parts using conventional milling machine and lathe.
Basic skill in operating surface grinder.
Knowledge in plastic injection moulds, mould maintenance, and trouble shooting.
Ready to acquire training in injection mould loading/unloading, machine setup, and machine maintenance.
Perform all day-to-day tool room activities.
Knowledge of metal polishing and ability to achieve mirror finish polish using various polishing techniques.
