ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of our Senior/Lead UX/UI Design role is to shape the creative communication for our users, both for our own products as well as for Mondia services. This role is critical to provide state-of-the-art user experiences as well as guide them to the point of purchase seamlessly. You will be in close contact with our product team as well as the campaign-focused teams, thereby shaping the creative strategy.

Utilize the best and most modern practices to produce user-centered designs across a diverse set of requirements and features. Understand user flows, analyze user’s needs and requirements to design a creative solution with an excellent user experience

Create design mocks or click-dummies in a timely fashion

Create visual UI designs for mobile apps, tv apps, mobile websites, responsive websites, wearables

Be the voice of design within an agile environment, ensuring the design agenda is not lost in translation into code with usability, accessibility, and web/mobile standards

Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web/mobile environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision

Maintain knowledge of design trends, technologies, mobile, and internet standards to display initiative in creative problem solving

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders

Establish and extend internal design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure design consistency across multiple interfaces
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.
Other qualifications include:

5+ years of experience in digital design work, with a stronger focus on UX design and visual and UI design

Experienced in user flows and user-centric solutions with hands-on experience in usability tests

An online portfolio of iOS/Android apps, and responsive websites demonstrating the understanding of design systems, patterns, components, and specific platform guidelines

Expert in Sketch app and Invision

Skilled using Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

Very good understanding of agile principles and processes

Able to create mock-ups and rapid prototypes
