-Documenting and resolving service issues. -Developing plan for Loss and Damage prevention. -Reporting and resolving out of the process order cases on daily basis. -Maintaing accuracy in System vs Actual data for Resoruce Management. -Closely working with Operations, Customer Service and Accounts -Management team for raised queries resolve. -Time management for resolving raised cases with in TAT. -Owner to reduce the abnormal and loss/damage cases of the shipments. -Working on Case conflict management between the team.

Experience of +2 years in similar position

Excellent command of English language and literacy in computer usage.
