NOC Support Engineer
Duties;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related Network Problem for Consumer.
- Analytical thinking, fast reactions, problem solving ability, excellent communication skills and customer Service skills.
- Follow technical instructions to ensure adherence to corporate quality standards
- Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team using Service Desk ticketing system
- Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Requirements for the position are;
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Minimum one year of work experience in network Field preferred have ISP Experience.
- Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
- Hands on experience Network Management Platforms and Tools
- Network fundamentals – IP subnetting, DHCP, DNS and ARP.
- L2 technologies – VLAN/802.1q concepts, STP
- L3 technologies – general routing – BGP, OSPF, route redistribution
- Hands on experience in Cisco, Juniper, Zhone technologies.
