Job Description:
• Candidate will be responsible for all Machinist activities under Haw Gas Storage Projects and will include but not be limited to
• Performs work direction to a group of machinist technicians generally in the range of from 2-4 personnel.
• Field/shop: Locates equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostically tests, measurements, and analyses.
• Determines the nature of repairs to be made and replacement parts required.
• Prepares new or altered installations on all types of mechanical equipment, including foundation work, line-up, gearbox, coupling, and speed control settings, then test runs for acceptance.
• Sets adjusts and performs maintenance on machine tool equipment and balancing machines. Troubleshoots and repairs all kinds of hydraulic, electric (mechanical side), and pneumatic valve actuators.
• Provides general guidance and work direction for assigned crew members.
• Trains lower-level Machinists as required.
• License/Certificates Required: APNE Machinist Program; Corporate Machinist Competency OR Corporate MTO Competency – Basic test
المهارات
• Minimum Years of Experience: 11yrs in the machinist field with a focus on gas compressors installed in gas processing facilities.
