Position Business Objective
Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives, be skilled and qualified because this role is pivotal to any organization with a workforce. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process including; Recruitment, orientation, and training of the staff members, evaluating performance and managing payroll.
Job Responsibilities:
The Candidate must be located in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
- Develop and maintain HR system that meets top management needs.
- Develop the organizational structure.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified employees.
- Conduct new employee's orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Provide coaching to managers on the resolution of sensitive employee situations including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, harassment, and also terminations.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Develop programs to reduce turnover and maintain employees.
- Serving as a strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies into the organization's overall mission and operational strategy.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Monitoring the payment of the required government fees for the continuity of the Company activities without incurring any fines.
- Renew the subscriptions in the required government websites.
- Perform all Personnel Affairs tasks.
- Develop & manage reports in areas of HR payroll.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information and the data of the employees.
- General office management.
- Work directly with CEO upper management on special projects as needed.
- Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by top management.

- The ability to learn company-specific software.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office (world, excel, power point).
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
