Job Responsibilities

Reconcile Customs GLs for both product Exp and Freight.

Booking payments entries for customs

Booking AP entries for customs

Reconcile the AP customs account.

Make clearing entries.

Following on pending cases such as shipments paid not invoiced, duplicate payments, variances.

Following on not invoiced cases with the station and concerned team.

made the final reconciliation after month closure and send the summary to management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor of Accounting

Fresh graduate up to 1-year Experience

Excellent command in Microsoft offices

Excellent command in English
