Responsibilities
· Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO & VP.
· Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
· Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
· Arranges Business Travel and Accommodation for CEO & VP.
· Schedules and attends meetings on their behalf, taking notes and recording minutes.
· Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping.
· Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
· Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

- Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
- Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
- Computer literate in all MS Office software.
- Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
- Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely completion as per organizational requirements.
