BIM – Modeller
Job Description
Our client, a well-established metalwork company in the UAE, is currently looking for a BIM modeler to be based in Sharjah. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- 3D Architectural modeling &; 2D drafting and detailing &; co-ordination.
- Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments &; RFI.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modeling proceeding complete coordination with all the project partners.
- ID detailed Modeling, as built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, architectural shop drawings .etc.
- Modify plans to suit the needs of project.
- Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture and structural modeling.
- Sheet generation for all stages of submissions &; exporting the files into various formats.
- Handling team and documenting the working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators.
- Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.
Requirements
To be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch/ ITI
- With at least 5 years work experience, working as a BIM Modeller/Revit
- With 3- 8 years experience in Revit &; 2+ years of minimum GCC experience
- Currently located/based in the UAE
- Ideally someone who has worked in the UAE
- Good knowledge in English; it would be a plus if candidate is also fluent in Hindi or Urdu
