الوصف الوظيفي

· Accountable for development and driving execution of HR strategy, design HR holistic structure and policy and manage entire life cycle of HR operation and supports functions for the organization.

· Contribute to business perspective and client requirements to the development of the annual HR Plan, which is formed by the CHRO / Client.

· Commitment to delivery of the HR Plan within client(s) or business group(s).

· May deliver lateral work across assigned client or business (e.g., Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee / Manager Development or Talent Planning and Management, Job/Level management, Promotions, CDP, Compensation, Org culture, Training & Development)

· Ensure the workforce is representative of the places where we do business, and we work in an inclusive way.

· Lead the implementation of Reward activity such as the annual Salary Administration process, promotions, etc.

· Ensure HR Compliance with national and local regulations, BP HR policies, and standards.

· Coordinate with other HR colleagues at the sites & across JV organization to ensure understanding and alignment of business needs and objectives.

· Ensure alignment & execution of the JV agenda is aligned with the JV HR strategy & integrated with the other HR activities such as: recruitment, leadership development, performance management, employee relations and engagement, reward & recognition, and HR operational service delivery to enhance organizational capability to meet site goals and objectives.

· Serves as a coach to the site personnel, site leadership team, line managers & employees.

· Partner with site leadership to operationalize and implement HR initiatives and drive transformation and change management to support the business strategy.

· Ensure site staffing strategy meets the needs of the business & drive processes to promote an inclusive and diverse workforce.

· Develop and manage site-wide employee engagement plans and practices.

· Implement fair and consistent HR policies across business units.

· Foster practices in compliance with JV expectations & governmental regulations.

· Drives for standardization and simplification of HR processes and approaches.

· Ensure HR activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health, and safety, legal, and compliance policies.

· Serves as a role model for the JV Values & Behaviors

· Strategic & tactical HR Management

· Engage business leadership in prioritizing & addressing people & organizational issues

· Improve Employee Satisfaction / Diagnoses & promotes understanding of drivers of employee motivation.

المهارات

· B.S./B.A. in Business, Human Resources, or related field

· 10-15 or above years of Human Resource leadership role in large size multinational organizations.

· 8+ Work experience in major big companies and MNC companies working as business partner with project teams.

· Experience with EPC Companies will be an added advantage

· Ability to drive HR processes throughout the site to a high standard.

· Ability to successfully work independently and intermittently at a remote site including a committment to regularly spend time on site engaging in direct employee diallogue.

· Experience managing employee relations with project staff.

· Experience executing HR operational activities.

· Strong working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and programs.

· Must be able to work in a complex environment and be able to understand and communicate why policies and programs may be interpreted differently in response to different markets and business conditions.

· Must be a team player and actively network with peers to leverage quality of contribution to organization.

· Must have strong facilitation skills, a high degree of impact & influence with employees and leadership.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of employees. Strong communication skills (oral and written) are essential as well as an ability to work issues across multiple boundaries and the ability to exercise good judgment.

· Must be flexible in responding to changing and diverse business needs – be able to develop creative solutions to business dilemmas.

· Must be fluent in English and Arabic.

· Korean will be an added advantage.
