الوصف الوظيفي
The core purpose of the job is to supervise all JTC assets and ensure proper operations.
Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Plans daily activities of the depot.
- Receives and recording all incoming and outgoing jobs.
- Conducts professional repairs.
- Disseminates information regarding preventive maintenance.
- To lead a team of technical / manual personnel and maintain harmonious working relationships.
- To plan & schedule labour, material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.
- To Make sure returned gensets and properly inspected and depot check list is implemented, serviced, repaired
- and load tested.
- To make sure proper PDI is done prior to dispatch.
- To maintain depot and yard tidy all the time.
- To maintain effective lines of communication between the implementation and execution functions.
- To maintain and enforce a safe working environment.
- Visiting customer sites time to time to make sure on hire equipment are maintained properly all the time.
- Making sure all the breakdown calls are attended and fixed all the time.
- To make sure all the work orders process are carried on time in the system and closed after completion.
- To help maintain client satisfaction.
- Carry out trouble shooting and rectify workshop problems.
- Arranging the required manpower to complete the job.
- Preparation of daily /monthly report, accident / damage / breakdown reports.
- Adherence to all JTC and client specific QHSE policies.
- Adherence to all JTC ISO and Operating Procedures as defined.
Accountability and Authority (QHSE)
- Follow-up of Divisional internal/external QHSE training with the QHSE department.
- Ensure safe work practices pertaining to the task.
- Ensure daily toolbox meeting and provide accurate mission/task information.
- Implement, monitor and correct defects identified on the Daily Equipment Safety Checklist before commencing.
- Reporting of incidents and raise incident report (PIR) with accurate incident information and supporting
- evidence.
- Reporting of client complaints and corrective actions.
- Provision of PPE and staff adherence.
- Monitor and maintain Fire extinguishers and First Aid Kit for the facility and equipment.
- QHSE surveillance observations, audit findings, recommendation on incident outcomes and client
- recommendation must be implemented in coordination with QHSE representatives.
- Promote safety culture and deter and stop unsafe acts.
المهارات
Educational Qualifications: Preferably Diploma in any engineering discipline
Experience: Preferably 4 Years’ experience with at least 1 Years in Supervisory in heavy equipment operations, and 10 years in Diesel Generator maintenance (Cummins Engine)
Other Skills: Computer knowledge; Mobile and heavy equipment knowledge,
communication, patience, deal with employees of multi-cultural backgrounds,
Leadership
Language Skills: English (Speak, Read & Write), Arabic added
