Administrative Secretary

Job Description

Description:
Marilan Real Estate is hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant / Secretary to join our growing team, Responsibilities includes:
– Email correspondence, follow-ups, reminders and phone calls and coordination with Estate Agents and Clients.
– Preparing Real estate forms such as Contract A, B and F online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
– Managing Property listings in Portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut etc. Ensures that all listed ads are verified and checked.
– keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents.
– Managing a client database and preparing reports.
– Prepares Invoices and Receipts for deals closed
– Keeping updated with RERA rules and regulations.
– Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Note:
. Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting will be an added advantage.
. Person with good oral and written communication skills, having 2/3 years experience in Real estate agency in Dubai is must. This can be a great opportunity to be a part of a new venture.
