The Senior Business and Finance Support is responsible for assisting the Business Management team as well as the client facing teams, with all aspects of client administration and data entry including, set-up of master data in the ERP system, data entry, purchase orders, vendor liaison. Additional duties will include assisting with invoicing and reconciliations
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up of project budgets based on information provided in the ERP system
- Set up of resourcing plans in the ERP based on guidance provided
- Compliance and data entry related to vendor and client onboarding
- Maintaining client project files and supporting the deputy business managers with e-invoicing compliance
- Following up on approvals as needed
- Purchase Order analysis and rectifications as needed
- Support Deputy Business Managers with preparation, formatting and collation of activity reports and other invoicing requirements
- Supervision of Business and Finance Support team members in Amman
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education requirement – Degree in a Business-related discipline from a recognized university
- Professional service industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Business Arabic
- Must already be based in Amman
- Systems literate and good with Excel, Maconomy experience a plus
