المهارات
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from accredited university.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years working experience as Senior Electrical Engineer .
- Minimum 8 years experience working in reputable facility management company.
- Excellent understanding of all Electrical systems for building services & infra – structure .Familiar to all electrical system , like Power Distribution , Switchgear ,lighting , Low Current Systems, etc.…….
- Excellent understanding of Handing over & DLP in general. Manage , supervise and monitor FM service providers on daily basis
- Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
