Etisalat Global Services is hiring Fluent English speakers to work as Customer Support Advisors for the Corporate Account (Etisalat UAE Project)
Job description:

Communicating with business customers through inbound calls.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

2)Fluent in English is a must
