. Achieving annual target

. Develop & Implement sales strategies to meet the growth targets.

. Evaluate the clients’ capabilities to discover the appropriate solutions.

. Generating new leads on weekly basis

. Coaching and supporting sales team and new joiners

. Responsible for team reported targets.

. Attending meetings to support the sales team.
Job Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.

• Minimum experience of 5 years required.

• Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, is a must.
