Role : HR Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager
Location :Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Provide advanced innovative data analytics to the top management and other business leaders by helping transform HR into a business that truly differentiates and competes on information and analytics by using business intelligence tools and techniques. Spearheading the end-to-end partnership process within HR and other business groups from understanding the requirement, statistical modelling, active involvement in actual implementation & driving KPI's.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Developing Business Intelligence solutions using various statistical methodologies and models.
- Evaluating data from databases to drive optimization and growth strategies.
- Analyzing data in a strategic way to improve top management and senior stakeholder's business decisions.
- Identifying trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, compensation, diversity, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations and other HR or business functions.
- Maintaining current on research and best practices, summarizing findings and recommendations for enhancing current processes and practices.
- Generating insights using trend analysis to tell the story using data to make informed decisions.
- Monitoring HR Key performance Indicators and provide recommendations in how to improves the metrics and thresholds.
Business Intelligence & Analytics Partnership:
- Liaising with Group Heads and ADIB divisions to produce and deliver high quality data, drive optimization, and monitor Outcomes.
- Analyzing business requirements and assist in appropriate configuration for all solution architecture.
- Designing communication process and prepare plans for all work assignments and ensure completion within deadline.
- Monitor all data projects according to development life cycle and ensure compliance to quality standards.
- Administrating design of HR Business Intelligence projects and develop dashboards and operations for reports related to HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, Emiratization & HRIS.
- Liaising with Digital transformation & technology functions related to overall common BI and analytics projects that help to build an HR interactive BI interface and different approaches of data visualizations.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Expert of Advanced Excel, R and SQL, business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, Power BI).
- Advanced regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Ability to deliver superb, advanced analytics and data science projects in Banking sector.
- Extensive experience in working with analytics platforms.
- Strong and professional communication skills with senior stakeholders, ability to communicate analytical findings to senior management.
- Ability to perform queries, develop reports and visualizations, and a work with a variety of analytic products or dashboards.
- Ability to engage across organization levels.
- Background in advanced market research and project management.
- Intellectual Curiosity and business sense.
Previous experience required (if any):
- 5-10 years of experience in a Data Analytics or equivalent function including a foundation in reporting with data and multiple systems.
- Proven experience as anAnalytics ManagerorAdvanced/ Senior Data MIS.
