Job Description
We are looking for a highly competent and well-spoken Tele Sales Executive to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. The Tele Sales Executive's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information and reactions. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale. The candidate will be based in Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers questions about the services.
Meeting sales quotas. To reach targeted number calls in a day.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
English Speaking-
Call Center experience is required Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service Position .
This role is only for Candidates based in UAE preferably on visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.
Seeking dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to generate client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.
Timing: 9.30 am – 7:30 pm Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Responsibilities: The TELE SALES LADY EXECUTIVE will focus on generate leads, building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Accounts/Finance
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
Able to generate DATABASE by herself will be an added advantage.
PROBATION:
Initial probation of two months is required to assess candidates capabilities/deliverables and after that only then EMPLOYEMENT VISA would be applied for.
Salary Range – AED 2500 – 3000 AED
