As the Process Improvement Unit Head, you will work closely with the senior leadership and relevant internal departments to oversee and lead the process management and improvement function of the organisation

Description
Ensure there is standardised framework, methodology and process in place that govern business processes across the organisationLead the planning and implementation of process improvement projects as assignedConduct process audits on current issues and pain-points, using the resulting information to direct and prioritise areas of business improvementDevelop reporting structures and standardised process improvement documentation for use across all departments to share with senior management and present the need for changeCollaborate with all internal and external stakeholders as requiredEstablish a process to periodically review new processes utilising six sigma principles to assess performance and action the findings accordingly
Profile
A relevant Bachelor or Master's degree, lean six sigma qualification is also strongly preferredAt least 5 years' experience in process management and operational excellence with demonstrable ability to deliver change, ideally in the hospitality and tourism sectorPrevious experience with an international consultancy firmSpecific experience of working in Abu Dhabi with an understanding of the relevant policies and regulations, as well as being willing to relocate to the countryExcellent verbal and written presentation skills. Arabic is preferred but not essential
