Our Client
A large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Manager to join their finance team.
Your Responsibilities

Experienced and well-rounded Senior Treasury Manager from a reputable firm who is highly analytical and organized with excellent modelling skills, exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and is ready to roll-up his/her sleeves to do the needful for the Team's success in a large, start-up environment
Cash Management – manage the process of obtaining funding from shareholder and the KSA government, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations, managing short-term debt draw downs and executing short-term investment of surplus cash / subsequent redemptions
Cash Flow Forecast – liaise with entities (sectors/subsidiaries/departments) to better understand cash flow needs and ensure incorporation of the information gathered into a rigorous cash flow forecast
Manage and execute capital contributions to subsidiaries and JVs
Execute various Treasury-related risk management activities
Manage banking relationships and negotiate commercials of financial products
Manage Treasury requests from oversight entities such as PIF, internal and external audit, and the Governance, Risk & Control team
Prepare monthly Treasury reports for CFO
Lead ad-hoc projects to further build the Treasury Function including support to Head of Treasury, system set-ups, addition to/ revision of Treasury policies and procedures etc.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications

Current Senior Treasury Manager at a Big Four accounting firm / reputable company
Strong analytical and presentation skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Highly organized
Positive attitude
Experience with SAP
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Fact Set or other financial system
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
Additional finance industry degrees / certifications are appreciated
