-Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values.
-Develop and implements effective strategic plans with a clear vision on sales.
-Identify innovative methods of promoting company and its services to clients.
-Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential & setting budgets/targets to meet management goals.
-Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with clients/customers, architects, procurement managers, keys management and initiate contacts with other relevant agents.
-Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities of the department
-Manage and control the projects and ensure that projects are running as per the scheduled timeline.
-Ensure that actual cost of project is in line with the estimated cost and if any variation found investigate the reason for the same.
-Review the receivable aging statement to ensure that payments are received in time. In case of any delay in payment coordinate with Debt collector to take necessary arrangement to collect such payments
-Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
-Review and analyze the sales performance of Business units and Sales executives and ensure that monthly and yearly targets are achieved. In case of any deficit in achieving the target, discuss with Head of Divisions and Sales executives and identify the reason and provide necessary support to rectify the issues.
-Instruct the Division heads for preparing sales invoices for the projects executed based on the payment certificate from the customers or measurement sheet received from concerned employees.
-Setting the sales target of each team members and motivate them and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
-Visit customers and potential customers along with Marketing staff.
-Arranging to attend industry conferences and events in order to have the knowledge of updated market trend and also to have good relations with clients.
-Coordinate with warehouse and procurement team in order to avail the required material on time based on the request from the division's heads.
-All other related work with the intention of growth of concerned department and based on instruction from General Manager and Chairman.
